Hello!

Hey there! I’m a designer with a passport full of stamps and a brain wired for problem-solving. Born in Colombia, spent five years working and traveling in China, and now called the USA home for the past eight years, where I have established my family. My multicultural background shapes how I think, design, and approach challenges.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve owned the design process from ideation to launch for software products used by 6,000+ enterprise customers. My superpower? Turning complex technical jargon into beautifully simple, user-friendly experiences. Because let’s be honest: if users struggle, they leave. Also, who loves to read manuals?

I don’t just design for aesthetics; I design for impact. My work helps companies gain and retain loyal users, aligning user needs with business goals to create products people love and return to.

I thrive in cross-functional teams, keeping communication flowing smoother than a well-made cup of Colombian coffee. I ensure we all speak the same language, whether it’s product managers, engineers, or stakeholders.

I have a background in Graphic Design, which I enhanced with a master’s degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics from San Jose State University, where I specialized in human-computer interaction. I began my career as a web designer in Colombia, conducting user research and developing digital marketing strategies for e-commerce businesses and entrepreneurs.

When I’m not shaping user experiences, you’ll probably find me illustrating because sometimes, the best way to solve a problem is to doodle your way through it.
